Why Whitesand Bali surf retreat?
Our goal is to offer the best surf experience and learning possible, so we developed a comprehensice program that includes training inside and outside of the water.
Also, in order to be able to offer the best feedback possible, we work with small groups, which are a maximum of 6 people in the camp.
While surfing, we work with a maximum of 3 students per instructor.
We want to be able to pay attention to very detail so we can make this the best surfing experience you ever had. With our head coach local knowledge, we will bring you to the best waves for your level and explore secrets spots around the island.
What is included?
So, here is what is included in terms of surfing:
6 nights at Kayo House in a private room with breakfast included (bali, coffee, hot breakfast plate and fruit)
7 surf sessions - including surfing equipment and transportation to the surf spot
1 pool training session - this training will help you to improve your paddle technique and improve duck diving/turtle roll technique.
Video analysis sessions - every surf session will be filmed and we will analyze the surf and discuss how we
can improve together
3 Surf Skate Sessions - we will learn key surfing techniques in land to apply during the surf sessions
A digital Bali guide with all the information that you need to know for your trip.
Additional activities:
Uluwatu Temple visit
Local food experience at Bumbum Art Cafe
What is not included?
The package does not include:
Airport Pick up and Drop off - can be arranged upon request
Scooter Rental - can be arranged upon request
Personal Health Insurance is not included
Extra fees will be charged due to damaged equipment by the client
Lunch and dinner - can be arranged upon request
Hey there! I am Yanto, founder and head coach of Whitesand Bali Surf School, nice to meet you! I am originally from Nias, but I grew up in Bali and have been surfing here since I was a kid. I love surfing and I love sharing my passion for surfing through surf coaching and that is why I created Whitesand Bali. I have been professionally teaching surf for 11 years now and I teach all levels. My goal is to teach my students to surf and to be independent surfers so we can share the line up together. Aiming to teach all that I know about the ocean, I created this surf retreat package so we can cover several aspects of surfing together and have fun! I'm exited to share the line up with you!

Accomodation
Located on a quiet area in Nusa Dua and just a few minutes away from the surf spots, Kayo House is the perfect surfer oasis. All rooms include comfortable double beds, smart TVs, brand new ACs and great working stations. The facilities also include a great pool to relax afterthe surf sessions.

Surf Camp Location - Nusa Dua Nusa Dua
This is where I grew up surfing and it is the part of Bali with the best surf during wet season. There are so many great waves around Nusa Dua, from beginner friendly waves to more challenging and powerful waves for advanced surfers. The beaches in Nusa Dua are beautiful and because this area works in wet season, a lot of the times it is possible to find empty line ups with pumping waves.
